This will be an interactive session, looking at the negotiation of service level agreements (SLAs) between landlords and care and support providers. We will use case studies to give a practical illustration of the theory.
We will look at:
- the key provisions of SLAs
- the perspectives of each party
- negotiation techniques
- solutions to reach an agreement
Why should you attend?
The session will be useful for anyone working for a landlord or care and support provider who has responsibility for setting up SLAs and their subsequent operation. It will be relevant for those currently delivering or thinking of offering a supported living service. It will provide a useful background to SLAs, an opportunity to consider the position from the other side and some useful tips for negotiation of contracts.
A light breakfast will be provided
- 09:00 Registration, refreshments and networking for a 09:30 start
- 10:45 Coffee break
- 12:00 Q&A, summary and closing remarks
Their expertise crosses over between landlords and care and support providers. The session will also provide a useful opportunity to network with officers in similar roles from other organisations.
Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited. Our clients get priority over non-clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can, to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation, in which case you may be asked to liaise with your team. Should we have to do any of the above we will be in touch with you at least two weeks before the event date.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions? Please email us at email@example.com and a member of our events team will be in touch.
Can I invite my colleagues to this event? Feel free to forward an invitation to any of your colleagues you believe can benefit from attending.
