I advise on all aspects of employment and pensions law to clients across our sectors. I aim to provide clear and effective advice in order to assist clients with their strategic aims.
I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in October 2018 upon qualification. Before this, I trained at an international firm where I gained experience in both employment and pensions. Since joining the firm I have worked on a variety of matters including employment tribunal claims, change management programmes and pension disputes.
The engagement report found four key areas for improvement; key person risk, pension board management, protecting members from scams and handling employer-related risks.
A local authority recently received a "roasting" by the Pensions Ombudsman for their delay in processing an employee’s ill-health retirement pension, following her diagnosis with advanced cancer.
