My role

I specialise in public-law proceedings, cases involving a local authority and private-law proceedings dealing with Child Arrangement Orders, formerly known a Residence and Contact Orders. My role is to represent parents and other relatives at court and act as an advocate for them. The cases can be traumatic and difficult for everyone involved and I pride myself on the empathy and support that I provide to my clients.

My experience

I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in January 2015, having qualified in May 2014. In the years since qualifying, I have acted for many clients in a range of different cases, and I regularly appear before the family courts whether for family proceedings court, county or high court
