My role

I specialise in funding and finance work for social housing providers and local government. I advise on, and negotiate the terms of, funding documentation such as facility agreements and security documents relating to new facilities and refinances. I also provide support on the funding aspects of joint venture development projects involving social housing providers and local authorities.

My experience

I have over three years’ experience in the banking and finance sector, having trained in-house at a niche property bank, providing secured funding to small and medium-sized businesses. I advised on commercial and residential investment lending, bridging finance, refurbishment finance and secured pension lending.
