My role

I am a solicitor in the construction department. In particular, I specialise in construction litigation, providing advice to public sector, private sector and not-for-profit clients on the resolution of construction disputes and management of risk.

My experience

I advise social housing and local government clients on construction disputes, including disputes over final accounts, contractor insolvency, delay, defective works, and regulatory issues. I have experience of resolving disputes through mediation, adjudication and litigation, as well as advising clients on dispute avoidance.
