My role

I advise a wide range of charities on all aspects of charity law, including governance matters, restructuring, and trustee roles and responsibilities. I also advise on a wide range of issues that charities may face, including property trusts, contracts, trustee payments and regulatory compliance. In addition, I advise schools that are converting into academies. 

My experience

With over 10 years’ experience advising charities, I have helped charities form and restructure and have advised on a wide range of issues, including submissions to the Charity Commission and other regulatory compliance.

Probate fees are changing

Although the exact date of the change is presently unknown, it is likely to be in or around April 2019 and will have a significant impact on estate administration and the costs of dying.
