My role

I advise organisations on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues ranging from unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims to advising on day-to-day employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues and the implications of TUPE and associated information and consultation obligations. I enjoy tribunal advocacy and present seminars and bespoke training on employment law issues for clients and interested parties. I also have considerable experience drafting contracts, policies and negotiating settlement agreements for senior executives.

My experience

I have worked with clients in a number of sectors including charities, councils, education, food, healthcare, IT, business service providers, manufacturing sectors and tourist attractions. This experience gained from working with a wide range of employers enables me to help employers mitigate risks and deliver client-focused solutions. I am known for getting the job done.
