A projects lawyer, specialising in local authority and housing sectors.
I'm a partner, and provide advice on significant public sector and housing projects. I advise on joint ventures, outsourcing, public private partnerships and all aspects of development and asset management. My practice includes advising on the strategy for projects, suitable legal structures and project implementation.
I've advised both central government departments, local authorities, housing associations and charities on all aspects of regeneration, energy and asset related projects. My interests are very much in the practical side of projects, and try to bring a grounded approach to progressing projects. Bringing lasting and beneficial change for communities is something that really motivates me.
